This is the final event in the Yellowknife Music Festival. It features performances by the top performers of all ages selected by a concert committee, selected from the Alberta Provincial Festival Candidates recommended by the adjudicators.
Outstanding participants of the Festival are selected by the Adjudicators to perform in the Annual Festival Showcase Concert held in May at the Northern Arts and Cultural Centre.
Each year the Festival culminates with a showcase concert with some of this City’s best young musical talent! This concert includes amazing performances by pianists, singers, choirs, bands and duos.

Awards
Scholarships for outstanding performers and support to the Alberta Provincial Festival candidates are awarded at the discretion of the adjudicators and depend on the availability of funds.
Winners are announced at the Festival Showcase Concert.
